Editor’s Notes

By PATSY STODDARD Editor

Sometimes in a small community people are quick to judge someone on their appearance and not for the person they are. People who ride motorcycles are not all hell’s angels. People with long hair do not bleed a different color than anyone else. Sometimes neighbors need to work harder to get along with each other and common courtesy and honesty go a long way to mend fences. I have spent probably my whole life wondering why people can’t or won’t get along. Life is more pleasant when people try to be understanding and not judgmental. I remember the old saying, about not judging another man until you have walked a mile in his moccasins. We each have our own struggles, let’s not make things harder than they already are.
