The business started in 1984 with a small greenhouse in the backyard. It soon grew to include a floral shop. Tammy Oviatt and Hilary Gordon have been running the business together ever since. All the spring bedding plants are germinated at the greenhouse and grow to maturity in the facilities.
In the spring we bring in trees and shrubs from Utah grown businesses that will do well in our soil and altitude.
During the fall and Christmas season. Gordon’s grows poinsettias for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone is welcome to come and see the poinsettias change colors and browse through the greenhouses. Gordon’s also grows herbs for home use. These herbs are great additions when cooking holiday dishes.
