PRICE-Born Conception Mathilde Williams y Martinez on Nov. 28, 1939 in Youngsville, N. M. Chon was born to Ben Williams and Iginia Martinez. She married John H. Lowry in 1958 and together they had one child, Cynthia (Cindy) Lowry. They later divorced. When she moved to Price, Chon married John P. Kandaris on Oct. 2, 1982.
