CLEVELAND- Farris Alan Jensen, 81, passed away Jan. 18, 2016 in Cleveland, Utah. He was born in Cleveland, Utah on March 17, 1934 to Frank Eddie and Harriet Edna Jensen.
He married Johannah Oveson in Cleveland Utah, and had three children.
He spent his life as a mechanic and a farmer/rancher. He served in the US Navy for four years, on the medical ship “USS Repose”.
Survived by his wife, Johannah; children: LD (Christy) Jensen, Jena (Darrel) Howland, and Kristen (Adam) Vose, grandchildren, Jake (Danae) Jensen, Jerica (Matt) Curtis, Jalee (Riley) Farr, Chance Thompson, Marika Howland, and Dalan Vose; great-grandchildren, Breklyn, Maycen and Trevin Curtis, and Hayden and Karson Jensen; siblings, Marvin (Colleen), Keven, Kerwin, Jack (Lorraine), VerLynn (Clifford), Delwin (Joyce).
Preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service, Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, 1 p.m., Cleveland Town Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the Cleveland 1st LDS Ward Chapel.
