Elder Hinkins
Elder Jed Scott Hinkins has been called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Japan, Sendai Mission.
Elder Hinkins will be speaking in sacrament meeting on Jan. 26 at 11 a.m. in the Orangeville Second ward church. He enters the Missionary Training Center on Feb. 5.
Elder Hinkins is the son of Todd and Nadene Hinkins of Orangeville. His grandparents are Jethro Majors of Huntington, LaRae Majors, currently serving in the Russia, Samara Mission and Delile and Elda Hinkins, currently serving in the Virginia, Richmond Mission.
Elder Allridge
Elder Brian Allridge has returned home after serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the California San Bernadino Mission.
Elder Allridge will speak in sacrament meeting on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. in the Ferron Millsite ward building on the hill.
Elder Alridge is the son of Chuck and Sharon Allridge and the grandson of Doris Randolph of Green River.
Elder Sanders
Elder Ryan Sanders, son of Ron and Pat Sanders of Castle Dale, recently returned from serving a mission in the Brazil Belo Horizonte’ East Mission.
Elder Sanders will speak in sacrament meeting on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. in the Castle Dale Eighth North chapel.
Elder Christensen
Elder Jeremy Bruce Christensen, son of Jan Christensen and grandson of Bruce and Elaine Christensen, has been called to serve in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Mission.
Elder Christensen enters the Missionary Training Center on Feb. 5. He will speak Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. in the Millsite Ward in Ferron.
Elder Childs
Elder Dennis Todd Childs has accepted a call to serve in the Brazil Salvador Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He will speak at the Huntington First Ward, 115 South 400 East on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m.
Elder Childs is the son of Don and Sharol Childs of Huntington. Grandparents are Shirl and Bessie McArthur of Huntington and the late Delbert and Lela Childs.
Elder Childs will enter the Missionary Training Center in Brazil on Jan. 29.
Elder Litster
Elder Dusty Garrett Litster has been called to serve in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Mission. Dusty is the son of President Douglas L. Litster and Diana Litster and the grandson of Anita Litster and LaNelda Colette. Elder Litster will enter the Missionary Training Center on Feb. 5.
Elder Powell
Elder Kody Merlin Powell has been called to serve in the Johannesburg, South Africa Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He will be speaking in sacrament meeting on Jan. 26, at 11 a.m. in the Huntington Stake Center at 11 East 200 North.
Elder Powell is the son of Kerry and Karla Powell of Huntington, and the grandson of Roma and the late Jay Powell of Huntington; Merlin and Jean Christiansen of Emery.
