PRICE-Linda Lee Nelson, age 67, passed away peacefully Jan. 20, 2010 at Castleview Hospital in Price.
She was born March 5, 1942 in Price, Utah to Gale Eldon and Clelia Ariotti Nelson.
Linda attended the Ann Self School in Spring Glen and also the Castle Valley Center in Price. For years she lived with her friends in a group home in Price until her health began to fail, and for the past two years she resided under the excellent care at Parkdale Care Center.
Linda was a sweet and gentle soul all of her life and was loved by all who knew her.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Parkdale Care Center, Castleview Hospital and emergency room, especially Dr. Sterling Potter for the caring treatment Linda received.
She is survived by her sister, Sandra (Roger) Kohlman, Pocatello, Idaho; and brother, Gale R. Nelson, Fremont, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and beloved niece, Holly Anne Fickel.
Funeral service was held Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, 1 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family was at Mitchell’s Saturday one hour prior to service. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
