The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) advises
travelers U.S. 6 in through Price Canyon is now open to traffic with restrictions in both directions.
The road is currently open only to vehicles with four-wheel drive or chains. Chains are mandatory for all semi-trucks.
The road was closed for approximately one hour this morning while maintenance forces battled the snow and ice.
Winter driving conditions are expected to continue throughout the day.
Motorists should be prepared for potential delays, slick roads, poor visibility and personal emergency needs.
