HELPER/OGDEN- Rebecca Lee Isaacson Rummel, age 20, passed away on Dec. 13, 2010 in Ogden, Utah. She was born to Joseph G. and Terri Lee Isaacson Rummel on Jan. 20, 1990 in Price, Utah. She was engaged to Joshua Noyes of Price/Ogden to be married on June 25, 2011.
Rebecca was raised in Carbon County, while attending Helper Junior High she was awarded the Rex Berry Award, Rebecca was a 2008 graduate of Carbon High School where she was an honor student, she played soccer, where she was the goalie, she also played basketball, ran track and swimming.
After high school, she attended CEU where she received her Associates Degree in 2010, and currently she was studying Criminal Justice at Weber State at the time of her passing. Her hobbies included rugby, soccer, traveling, oil painting, sewing, baking, camping, 4-wheeling and the Beatles. Rebecca will always be remembered as a loving, caring young lady who had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up any room.
She is survived by her parents: Joe (Terri) Rummel of Alamogordo, N.M., and Justin Bergeman of Blanding, Utah, brothers: Christopher Rummel of Price, John Rummel of Alamogordo, N.M., sisters: Jess Bergeman and Sam Bergeman both of Blanding, Utah, many step and foster brothers and sisters, grandparents: Alan (Karen) Isaacson of Helper, William (Cathy) Rummel of Price, and Darwin (Sharon) Bergeman of Ferron, aunts: Cassiea, Debbie, Cathy, Terie, Amanda, uncles: Mack, Tyler, Mark, and fiance Joshua Noyes.
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents John and LaDona Isaacson.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the Helper LDS Stake Center (150 Ridgeway). A viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 17, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price and Saturday, from 9-10:30 a.m., prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in the Cliffview Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guestbook and share memories of Rebecca at www.fausettmortuary.com
